Good Faith Estimate
The Good Faith Estimate is your guide to understanding therapy costs. Complying with the No Surprises Act (H.R. 133 – which will go into effect on January 1, 2022), we offer a detailed overview of anticipated expenses for Clinical Therapy. This transparency supports Affordable Therapy access.
For those paying out-of-pocket, this estimate outlines expected costs. It is based on current knowledge to prevent unforeseen charges. We prioritize clear communication about financial aspects of therapy.
Cancellation Policy
Emergencies are understandable, and we offer one free late cancellation for your Affordable Therapy session. We kindly ask that you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled Clinical Therapy appointment to avoid fees.
After the first late cancellation or no-show, a $100 fee may be applied. This policy ensures availability and respect for all clients seeking Clinical Therapy.

What insurance plans are accepted?
We accept CareFirst as an in-network provider for Affordable Therapy. For other insurance plans, we are considered out-of-network and can provide superbills for reimbursement.
How do I use my out-of-network benefits?
You can submit a superbill provided by us to your insurance company. This can help you receive full or partial reimbursement for Clinical Therapy sessions.
What is a superbill and how is it used?
A superbill is a detailed invoice that we provide for out-of-network services. You can submit it to your insurance company to claim reimbursement for your Clinical Therapy sessions.
How do I use my Health Savings Account (HSA) for therapy?
You can use an HSA to pay for therapy sessions. Simply use your HSA card like a credit card during payment. This can make Affordable Therapy more accessible by using pre-tax dollars.
Can I pay my therapy bills with a Flexible Spending Account (FSA)?
Yes, FSAs can be used for therapy expenses. Just like with an HSA, you can use your FSA card to cover costs, helping to manage expenses with pre-tax funds.
What is a Good Faith Estimate?
The Good Faith Estimate provides a detailed cost breakdown for those not using insurance. It ensures transparency in the expected costs for Clinical Therapy under the No Surprises Act.
